　再入国の許可（みなし再入国許可を含む。）により出国する外国人の方へ（2021年12月28日発表）

Foreign nationals departing from Japan with re-entry permission (including special re-entry permission).

　上陸申請日前１４日以内に、外務省及び厚生労働省において指定される水際対策上特に対応すべき変異株等（いわゆるオミクロン変異株等）に対する指定国・地域（注１）のうち、再入国原則拒否の対象となっている国・地域に滞在歴のある在留資格保持者の再入国は、特段の事情（注２）がない限り拒否されます。

The re-entry of foreign nationals with a status of residence, who have a history of having stayed in one of the designated countries / regions (see Note 1) designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as requiring special handling of border measures due to a COVID-19 variant, within 14 days prior to making an application for landing, will be subject to the principle of denial of re-entry unless there are special circumstances that warrant otherwise (see Note 2).
